Amplificathon - A collective work session
From the 25 to the 29th of November 2019, Urban Species invited 5 designers and artists to share their practices and methodologies and work on participation in public space.
During those 5 days we took the Brussels city centre pedestrian area as a playground for experimenting and observing ways of raising issues, making publics and narrating the (in)visible.
Each of them reinterpreted elements found in the streets and transformed them into an installation that we deployed on the last day of the week.
Participants included Dries Depoorter, Lionel Maes – La Villa Hermosa, Mathieu Gabiot – Nonpareil, ooooo, Wendy Van Wynsberghe – Constant
You can find below the video documentary of Manon Kleynjans and Vincent Blairon on this week.
